1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TNTEEZEY.com. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website purpose

TNTEEZEY.com is the official online home of TN Teezey. It provides information about music, books, social channels, creative work, and ways to support the movement or request a booking. Site content may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time.

3. Purchases and third-party checkout

Music and book purchases are completed through third-party platforms such as Apple Music and Amazon. Donations and other payments are processed by Stripe. Your transaction is also subject to the applicable provider’s terms, pricing, refund rules, privacy policy, and availability. TN Teezey does not control third-party checkout systems or delivery.

4. Donations

Support payments are voluntary and processed securely by Stripe. Unless expressly stated otherwise, contributions are not charitable donations and may not be tax-deductible. Review the amount before completing checkout. Questions about a completed payment should be raised promptly using the contact method in Section 12.

5. Booking requests

The booking assistant helps visitors organize and submit event, appearance, interview, collaboration, and community-opportunity details. A submitted inquiry does not confirm availability, reserve a date, establish a fee, or create a contract. A booking is final only after the parties agree to written terms through an authorized TN Teezey representative.

6. Intellectual property

The TN Teezey name, logos, branding, artwork, music-related content, text, graphics, and site design are owned by TN Teezey or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to interfere with security, availability, or operation.
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy protected content.
• Impersonate TN Teezey or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.
